Marcus Rashford has the 'world on his shoulders' as Man United great Ryan Giggs highlights what striker needs to 'rebound' during Aston Villa loan
Manchester United great Ryan Giggs believes Marcus Rashford must rediscover his passion for football if he is to flourish at Aston Villa.
Rashford joined Villa on loan in January, hoping to get his career back on track following a disappointing time at Manchester United. He has four Premier League goals this season but was later banished by Ruben Amorim before completing his transfer.

Rashford scored seven league goals last season, but Giggs says he appears to have the "world on his shoulders" and hopes to rediscover his passion of the game in the Midlands. He was on the coaching staff at Old Trafford when Rashford first joined the academy.
Giggs told The Sun: "United need new players coming through, one of their own, and it simply seemed like he was the next one. But, for whatever reason, he's had a respectable career but has never lived up to my expectations.
"More than anything, he's a human being, and he doesn't look happy. He seemed to have the world on his shoulders. And I'm not sure why, because the lad I saw and mentored didn't carry the world on his shoulders.
"He simply played freely, he loved the club, and he was a terrific kid, but he doesn't look like it now. Hopefully, he will return to where he was 10 years ago and remember that this is the finest profession in the world.
"You should appreciate it since it will soon be over; you must strive to cherish every moment of it. He needs to play with the freedom and happiness that led him to where he is now, and maybe he will."
Rashford could make his Villa debut against Tottenham in the FA Cup's fourth round on Sunday.
